• Two (2) years experience in Human Resources or management.
• Working knowledge of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, EEOC, and other federal and state laws related to employment, insurance and worker's compensation.
• Implementing & maintaining Joint Commission standards
• Successfully lead Joint Commission Inspection
