Position
The Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for partnering with the Chief Medical Officer and senior leadership team to build a brand new, world class Clinical Development organization in a rapidly growingbiopharmaceutical organization. The Eikon Therapeutics Clinical Development function will be hiring over 100 new employees this year as the company continues to scale. The Director, HRBP will have a unique and rewarding opportunity to shape the organization design, the capability building, culture and infrastructure for establishing a high performing function.

What You’ll Do
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to assess and forecast Clinical capabilities and skills needed across the Clinical organizations to support its business objectives. Includes identifying short term gaps and developing strategies to meet those needs.
- HR Business Partnering: The Director will serve as a strategic partner to the Clinical Development function, providing guidance and talent solutions on organization design and development, leadership capability building, executive coaching, performance management and career development.
- Strategic HR Planning: The Director will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the company. This will involve partnering with senior leaders in Clinical Development to identify and prioritize HR needs and developing plans to address those needs.
- Talent Management: The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies for the Clinical Development function, including identifying and developing high-potential employees, leadership coaching and succession planning.
- Change Management: The Director will lead change management initiatives within the Clinical Development function, helping to guide employees through organizational changes and supporting leaders in developing and implementing change management strategies.
- End to End HR Service Delivery: The Director will partner with HR Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and other members of the HR function to ensure the development of robust and comprehensive talent solutions for the business.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in HR leadership.
- A proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders in the organization.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.

The expected salary range for this role is $200,000 to $230,000 depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.
