AddressIntegrated Casualty Claims Consulting provides advanced claim consulting services to companies throughout the US. We focus on strategies to reduce TCOR and provide balance sheet protection to our clients. The team consists of highly experienced claim professionals who have served in leadership positions at brokers, carriers, risk management departments and TPAs. Fortune 1000 clients are a focus of the Claim Consulting Team and particularly all clients with loss sensitive programs.
The Role
The ICC Client Solutions Director is responsible for matching client needs to advanced claim consulting services and pre-loss/risk control services to include Claim Closure Solutions, TPA Selection, risk assessment process reviews and assist in sales opportunities for all advanced consulting services. This position works on large accounts/projects with national exposure. This is a remote position with travel for business development meetings.

Responsibilities:
- Developing sales opportunities by matching client needs with Consulting Team products/services.
- Focusing on large Claim Closure business opportunities
- Working with actuarial resources to assess potential savings/opportunities for clients
- Developing sales presentations for advanced consulting services
- Utilizing industry relationships to grow Consulting Team revenue
- Respond to broker RFP questions as needed and participating in oral presentations as needed.
- Develop and grow relationships with clients
- Understand and be able to market a variety of Risk & Analytic Tools across the US geography.
- Develop new revenue streams for WTW via marketing existing advanced claim consulting services, development of new services, and cross-selling into other areas of WTW’s commercial risk & broking services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 20 years relevant experience in risk/claim consulting with at least 5 yeas in a sales oriented position
- Prior experience in a leadership position with a insurance broker, insurance consultant and/or TPA or carrier
- Experience in risk control practices a plus
- Multi-jurisdictional experience is preferred
- Professional designations a plus.
- Experience with managed care preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken forms
- Ability to problem solve & think outside the box
- Ability to professionally resolve and disperse grievances
- Significant computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite to include: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
