Director Aftermarket Sales- For nearly 50years, LG Compressors and motors have provided meaningful and differentiated values to customers sustainably by achieving world class eco-friendly & energy saving technologies. With overall responsibility for LG Compressors and Motors sales of HVAC aftermarket, you will be will be responsible for the management, oversight, identification, qualification and capture of all Compressors and Motors related aftermarket business development opportunities and will be responsible for the generation of qualified strategies necessary to meet or exceed the business area's forecast and plan.
What you will do
Develop and execute the sales strategy for aftermarket, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Create and develop solutions including pricing, sales promotion, marketing tool, customer consultations and portfolio development for the aftermarket.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the HVAC aftermarket.
Collaborate with the OEM sales team & marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and campaigns to support the sales process.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pricing trends, and provide feedback to the product development team
Stay up-to-date with government policy, industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote the company's compressor and motor products and establish industry thought leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementations.
What you will need to be successful;
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience is required in HVAC industry.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in the after market
Proven track record of successfully leading and achieving sales targets, preferably in the HVAC aftermarket industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of the HVAC industry including knowledge of compressor & motor products, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate an AfterMarket Sales team to achieve outstanding results.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and visit project sites.
Physical Conditions

Required to stand, walk, use hands to pick up, handle or feel and reach with arms
Ability to climb ladders
Must be able to travel on business occasionally and work beyond normal work hours as necessary
Must be able to lift boxes and/or equipment of up to 30 pounds

Base Pay Range: $175,000-200,000 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
