Direct Support Professional - Dsp (Spanish Speakers)

ALAY Home Care is looking for Direct Support Professionals who are Caring, Compassionate and Dependable team members to assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

Pay Rate: $22 per hour.

Location: New Brunswick NJ

Someone who can speak or communicate in Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Personal Care - Activities of Daily Living
• Companionship
• Mentorship
• Community Support
• Behavioral Support
• Medication Administration

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, Equivalent or Higher
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification

Training and Pre-screening:

• Criminal Background Check - Fingerprints
• Drug screening
• College of Direct Support - Online classes for DDD Certifications

Preferred

• Vehicle for Community Transport
• 1 year Behavioral Experience
