Form of workIn a nutshell:This is a 1099 sales position with Startup Marketing Agency (with Paid Training) with the possibility of a full-time position down the line. Fully Remote, Must reside within USA & egliable to work in USA. Prior experience not needed but must be willing to learn & make outbound call/email/text.

As we develop a Sales team together, you'll be participating in discussions on lead creation, development, target vertical discussion, and deciding which event/shows we participate in. We currently specialize in helping small businesses as well as the Medical/Health industry.
We expect to see:
- A focused individual who knows who’s not afraid to spark a conversation = opening doors
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (Google it!)
- Not afraid to make Cold-Calls – you’ll be making outbound calls to create leads, follow up, and close opportunities.
- Willing to have/learn a consultative sales approach & Long-Term planning mindset
- Want to learn new things & willing to be trained
- Self-Motivated & Self-Starter
- High School Diploma required – BA preferred
- Must be proficient with using a PC and Windows software
- Be a good communicator, Be respectful, and Brings Positive Energy
- Some Travel is required for local outside sales activities + events

Hours & Location
We are located in Southern California and we are open for candidates both local to us as well as remote locations. (the US only) We currently have team members on both the West and East Coasts. We operate day-to-day remotely with scheduled in-person meetings now and then. You have 100% flexibility on hours & your schedule unless we have scheduled team meetings & training sessions.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $15,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
