As a Digital Marketing Coordinator in our Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Responsibilities

Here's why we need you:

• Write/draft/format content for internal communication channels such as email campaigns, video captions, speaking notes, short- and long-term technical articles, social media captions, PowerPoint presentations, posters, brochures, invitations, surveys, proposal collateral, project descriptions, resume bios, and other marketing materials.
• Implement established corporate communication strategies, both internally and externally.
• Assist digital marketing manager in copywriting for internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
• Foster relationships with project partner leads to ensure collaboration on project and team awards submissions.
• Collaborate with digital marketing manager to produce copy for advertisements and HR/recruiting initiatives.
• Create boilerplate content for use in proposal collateral and specific proposal project-related writing requests.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of firmwide branding guidelines including editorial guidelines and company language.
• All other duties as needed to ensure company success.

Qualifications

Expertise of our most successful Digital Marketing Coordinator:

• Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field or commensurate experience.
• High level of written, digital, and spoken communications achievement and skill. Ability to modify writing style to match a variety of platforms, audiences, and strategic goals. Technical writing experience is appreciated but not essential.

Effective skills to help you flourish:

• Ability to carry out appropriate follow-throughs with others, and giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web analytics, video direction/creation, Google Adwords, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and CRM (client relationship management) database.
• Knowledge of social media scheduling platform such as SEMrush, Buffer, Hootsuite or other.
• Experience with data analytics software, specifically Google Analytics minimum.
• Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients and other consultants; interpret and exceed client expectations while balancing AEI team needs.
• Desire to engage with the technical staff and learn about the engineering practice, and the ability to translate this knowledge into useful content for marketing deliverables.
• Ability to continue the learning process by attending in-house seminars, webinars, and continuing education opportunities outside the office.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong spoken and written communications skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective working individually and within team environments.
