NOW HIRING - Extrusion Machine Operators - Devens, MA
Pay rate up to 22.50per hour
TEMP TO HIRE
1st Shift - Monday thru Thursday - 5 AM to 3:30 PM (some flexibility in start time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for the safe machine operation of Extruded tubing and Liquid Silicone Rubber Molded (LSR) parts for Medical Device equipment.
*Collecting and recording relevant process data.
*Assisting engineering with validation and experimental activities.
*Identifying opportunities for improvement throughout the manufacturing process and working with team members to recommend and implement solutions.
*Follow detailed written and visual instructions.
*Use a variety of production tools and automated equipment to safely complete assembly operations.
*Monitor and maintain quality standards of product.
*Interfaces with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering as needed to support the process.
*Accurately complete related data sheets.
*May pull material for production according to production orders, using the FIFO system.
*May be cross trained in other areas as needed.
Requirements:
*High School diploma or GED preferred.
*Basic computer and basic mathematics skills required.
*Prior experience working in a Clean Room environment.
*Strong Mechanical Background.
*Understanding of Machinery and their functions.
*Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and organization skills required.
*Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently and within a team.
*Prior extrusion experience highly preferred.
*Drug test and Background Check.
*Must be authorized to work in the US.
