All levels of previous job related experience will be considered, however an entry level Designer will possess either an Associate's Degree in an applicable technical field or have at least 4 years of comparable experience. Candidates must have knowledge of schematic capture and PCB layout tools - Altium experience is preferred.

• Revisions to Schematics and Assembly Drawings
• Modifications to Board Layouts
• PCB Vendor Support
• Requests for Fabrication Quotes
• Technical Support
• File Transfers
• Integral in the definition and refinement of the PCB design process
• Solicits production and test department inputs regarding ways to improve manufacturability
• Mentors less senior PCB designers
• Provide task completion time estimates
• Attend identified training classes
• Evaluation of new software tools
• Evaluation of new PCB vendors
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• All levels of previous job related experience will be considered, however an entry level PCB Designer would need an Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Aided Design, Circuit Design and Layout or similar field, OR, at least 4 years of comparable experience
• Knowledge of schematic capture and PCB layout tools - Altium preferred
• Basic drafting skills and knowledge of electronic components
• Good computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
