JMT's North Austin Program Management Team is seeking a Project Manager to provide professional services to support its Procurement Engineering Contract (PcE contract) with TxDOT's Alternative Delivery Division (ALD). ALD is responsible for managing and overseeing the development, procurement, and implementation of TxDOT's design-build (DB) and comprehensive development agreement (CDA) program. Generally, this program involves large and complex surface transportation projects. The successful candidate will support the PcE Project Manager and the project team with the administration and implementation of the PcE Contract. It is also anticipated that the successful candidate will be assigned to support specific DB projects and tasks in support of ALD's program.
The Successful candidate may also support JMTs General Engineering and Program Management practices as necessary.

Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment. Office work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
Work may require travel to ALD's offices in Austin one day a week. It may also require travel to TxDOT District offices where a specific DB or CDA project is located. Travel will be reimbursed according to JMT's travel policy.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Work with ALD staff and other consultants to develop, procure, and implement projects within ALDs program
- Manage a team(s) of technical, legal, and technical consultants to develop, procure, and implement large complex DB and CDA projects
- Work with ALD to identify areas where JMT can support ALD's program
- Identify JMT staff and subconsultants staff to support ALD program requirements
- Manage schedules and workflows to meet assignment milestones
- Assist ALD with its overall program as requested
- Manage contractual obligations, budgets, financial reporting, and cash flows
Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree required, with Engineering focus is preferred
- 10+ years of related experience managing the development, procurement, or implementation of large DB and P3 projects for surface transportation required
- Knowledge of client operations
- Texas PE strongly preferred
