*The Team*
The Veeqo team is a subsidiary of Amazon (acquired in 2021 (See: News). The marketing team uses data, seller insights, and creative thinking to invent, test and scale programs that raise awareness of Veeqo and drive Sellers to signup/engage with our sales team. We're a close-knit group of marketers (functional channel owners, product marketers, creatives, content marketers, etc) who collaborate well and enjoy a fast pace of delivery.
*The Role*
We are seeking a results-oriented Demand Generation marketer to develop and coordinate impactful campaigns across Amazon-owned channels, Paid, ABM, SEO, Events, affiliates. You'll develop our Go to Market strategic approach, implementing the right attribution and measurement, tooling, and auditing mechanisms to ensure successful outcomes.
The right candidate has successful experience in results-driven marketing, a passion for marketing technology and operations, and an entrepreneurial spirit with strong product marketing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. They will demonstrate ability to build plans and forecasts based on customer research and data analysis, driving senior stakeholder alignment. They have experience working for a B2B SaaS tech company, leading cross-functional marketing initiatives in a fast moving and ambiguous environment, balancing long-term vision with the ability to execute tactical details in a fast growing space.
Given we are in the early stages of our growth opportunity, it is important the candidate can foster a creative team environment, inventing new approaches, building robust testing structures, diving deep, and doubling down on what's performing. You'll need to act both strategically and tactically - from the creation of plans, to the execution, and analysis of business impact.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop Demand Generation channels and strategic plan, reaching sellers with impactful marketing campaigns that raise awareness of Veeqo and drive leads to our funnel.
- You'll work with a team of functional marketers who will each own core acquisition channels (SEO, ABM, Events, etc). You'll directly develop and own new channels, proving them out, and then building the team to scale.
- Establish an 'always on' structured testing approach to rapidly build learnings and inform future programs.
- Own lead generation and brand awareness KPIs; develop metrics and measurements to determine campaign effectiveness, including partnering with marketing operations and technical teams to implement performance measurement, attribution and channel optimization as inputs to business goals.
- Partner with our content, creative, and marketing operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategy. -
- Contribute to operational planning documents, and weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews ensuring alignment with adjacent teams, including support, Product Managers, Parnterships, BD/Account Managers, Finance/Data Science.
- Research customer benefits, barriers, and drivers, using them to invent and simplify our marketing approach.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
