Our company is seeking a high-energy individual who is looking for a fun and positive work environment. Someone who is organized and possesses the ability to multitask. Ability to pull the correct items for orders. Ability to set up and tear down events. Ability to stay focused and on task. Ability to sort items based on size, color and textures. Attention to detail. Ability to lift 40lbs or more on occasion. Ability to work 8 or more hours and have weekend availability. We are looking for an individual who will enjoy working with a fast-paced environment and to help us turn our clients dreams into reality.
- Customer Assistance: Assisting customers in finding suitable decor items, providing recommendations, and offering design advice to meet their needs and preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Having a thorough understanding of the decor products available in the department, including their features, materials, and pricing.
- Merchandising: Arranging and organizing decor displays to showcase products effectively, attractively, and in line with current trends.
- Visual Presentation: Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the decor department, including dusting, cleaning, and arranging products.
- Trend Awareness: Staying informed about current trends and styles in events such as (Weddings, Quinces, Sweet Sixteen, Baby Showers, Cultural Weddings). decor to assist customers effectively and offer relevant suggestions.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as purchasing, marketing, and store management, to coordinate promotions, sales events, and product launches.
- Training: Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and design techniques.
