About this position,
The Data Entry & Analysis Specialist will analyze data and use that analysis to report to various teams on what they could do to improve their effectiveness to overall help company productivity.
You will not only analyze data but you will be an amazing communicator who wants to improve your life and others by using data to your advantage. Using your skills in data entry and analysis to then educate and improve yourself and team members' productivity!
The ideal candidate must have/be,
Data driven
Flexible and adaptable
A clear and effective communicator
Constantly learning and improving
Maintains company standards and policies
Observant and detail-oriented
Comfortable confronting your team members
Basic understanding of statistics
Ability to educate others on/using statistics
Data entry and analysis skills
And preferably have,
Google Sheet/Microsoft Excel experience
What you will do,
Analyze data and figure out why trends happen
Create weekly reports of your findings
Verify data that is recorded is correct
Correct and hold team members accountable to carry out their plans that are based on the data that you work with
Communicate with teams to make sure they correctly record data and make their plans according to Balance of Nature’s template

Pay: $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour + Commission
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
