Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall success of the store.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall store appearance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong negotiation and sales skills to drive store revenue
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in training and developing employees for optimal performance
- Proficient in using cash registers and other point-of-sale systems
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
