- Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the technical specialist on a software consulting team.
- Responsibilities would include participating in diagnostic sessions to obtain functional and technical requirements for client projects.
- As the technical specialist, the duties would include providing technical guidance on D365 system functionality and process, developing technical data integration solutions to/from D365, proposing custom, extension-based technical solutions to bridge system gaps to meet client functional needs.
- Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 Customer Engagement
- College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Core Competency Requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with clients to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver business requirements documents, functional requirement documents, use cases, GUI, Screen, and interface designs.
- Ability to customize and configure entities, workflows, business process, web services, security, and other features of Dynamics CRM/D365 CE.
- Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations
- Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in using either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft.
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
- Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
- Preferred Competency Requirements
- Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, Lync)
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 Customer Engagement
- Experience working as a software consultant
