Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Count inventory in bins and reserves
- Special counts
- Verify inventory quality
- Audit reserve merchandise
- Requires use of power equipment including working at the height of +/- 30 feet
- Prepare items for donations, silent auctions, and team member giveaways
- Dispense and dispose of surplus & damaged merchandise as directed
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Education Required:
- Extensive knowledge of Ace procedures, requirements, and rules
- Above average quality, including no disciplinary actions regarding same
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Inventory and/or accounting knowledge/experience is a plus
- Power equipment certification for tugger and stock picker, or willingness and ability to be certified on same
- No active steps of corrective action in the 90 days prior to posting expiration
- No active final warning for any reason
- Qualified Bidders should be regular, full-time team members in current job for 6 months or more, unless the new job is within the same functional department. Part-time, temporary or less than 6-month team members may be considered based on business needs or lack of fully qualified bidders
- Resume or work history should be submitted along with application
- Candidates will be interviewed with selection based on work history, knowledge, skill, and ability.
