Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Researches and analyzes data and delivers actionable information that assists executive management and internal stakeholders in making informed business decisions relating to Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management.*
- Collects data from databases, web-based sources and tools, industry reports, public information, and/or internal sources.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) program, Ensure the agency's C-SCRM program addresses DoD, Army, and Federal mandated C-SCRM Policies and Directives.*
- Develop mitigation strategies to combat threats whether presented by the supplier, the supplier's product, its subcomponents, or the supply chain itself throughout the ICT lifecycle*
- Develop, update, and maintain the SCRM program's underlying documentation*
- Translates data into valuable insights for operational decision-making and strategic planning*
- Prepares reports, dashboards and graphic illustrations of findings
- May collaborate with functional areas to develop and maintain C-SCRM performance metrics, measurements, methods and targets
- Presents findings to General Officers and Senior Executive Staffs and internal stakeholders*
- Makes recommendations based on an understanding of the Department of Defense, Department of the Army and, Army Materiel Command's strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Lead Working Groups, In Process Reviews, Program Managements Reviews which includes Department of Defense, Department of the Army and, Army Materiel Command stakeholders.*
- Prepare senior-level presentations that communicate the as-is and the to-be states and clearly demonstrate business value to be gained from an improvement.
- Assists in monitoring costs incurred, program performance and provides status information*

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum of 1-3 related years' experience
- Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
- Current SECRET Security clearance
- Ability to route/staff actions in an organization
- Experience in a DoD/Army Environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to upgrade to a TS clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Experience in Document Control/Records Management functions
