On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Cyber Auditor/Inspector skilled in
cybersecurity and cyberspace defense processes, practices, and procedures. The qualified
candidate will be responsible for strengthening the defensive posture and cyber defense
operational readiness of an IT Enterprise.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify network computer intrusion evidence and perpetrators.
- Perform forensic analysis of digital information and gathers and handles evidence.
- Monitor for fraud, waste, and abuse, including content inappropriate to the workplace,
- Illegal Activity, Productivity Loss, and Non-Compliant Activity, as well as Identity Leakage (PII).
- Utilization of tools such as Archer, Splunk, Proofpoint, etc
- Prepare case evidence and incident reports.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
- May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced technical staff members.
- Position may require evening, weekend, or shift-work (depending on operational tempo)
Requirements
Must have an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
- Education and Experience:
- HS/GED + 12 years experience
- Associates Degree + 10 years experience
- Bachelor's Degree + 8 years experience
- Master's Degree + 6 years experience
- Ph.D. + 4 years experience
A minimum of one certification from each of the following categories:
- IAT II - CCNA Security, Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP
- CSSP Auditor - CEH, CYSA+, CISA, GSNA, CFR
