Roles and Responsibilities:

Specific Job Duties:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP.
  • Troubleshooting equipment failures.
  • Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals.
  • Work with senior personnel and engineers to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
  • Correct and generate SOPs when required.
  • Train junior technicians as needed.
  • Send and receiving parts from clean or repair.


Shift:
  • 1st Shift

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Two-year technical degree, equivalent military experience or if not available, 7-15 years direct applicable Semiconductor experience in High Volume Manufacturing Facilities.
  • AMAT/Wonik tools.
  • Must have experience troubleshooting AMAT, Wonik toolsets.
  • Have experience in tool startups from Fab in to Spec release.
  • Must have high volume fabrication experience.
  • Expertise on Producer and WONIK toolsets.
  • Experience with LFM set up on LAM,Wonik and AMAT tools preferred.
  • Must be able to follow SOP.
  • Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
  • Must be able to follow and write SOPs and Reference Documentation.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment.
  • High level of initiative and desire to learn.
  • Familiar with TPM concepts.
  • Experience with 5s and LEAN methodologies.
  • Successful candidates will be detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility.
