Customer Success Manager

Duties: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact - Understand customer needs and goals, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve success - Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for growth - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition into our platform - Actively monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any potential risks or challenges Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or account management roles - Familiarity with SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products and solutions - Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data and identify trends or patterns - Sales experience is a plus, as you may have opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to customers - Strong project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, we would love to hear from you. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.12 - $82,923.00 per hour
