Your Day as a Craftable’s Customer Success Manager
You will be responsible for offering new and existing Craftable customers with a high-touch customer experience, performing account management, integrations and training. You will work collaboratively with our Customer Success team to continue building informational documents and internal training materials.
Your Role in Action
- Scheduling and leading new enterprise customer implementations
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with your customers
- Working with your accounts to grow their usage and product adoption
- Engage closely with key customer contacts
- Advocate for your customers internally as you work cross-functionally with Sales, Development, and QA teams
- Provide customized communication and training content for each customer during and after implementations
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to successfully seize these opportunities
- Monitor and achieve group KPIs and metrics
What You Bring to the Table
- Mastery in providing unquestionably amazing service to your accounts
- Intrinsic drive for success
- Top-shelf problem solving skills
- Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, organizational and written communication skills
- 2-3 years experience in customer success, account management, consulting, solutions engineering or related field
- Exceptional communications skills
- Experience in hospitality industry a plus
- Must be located in SF Bay Area or Dallas within commuting distance to our office
