Swagelok Pittsburgh is searching for an energetic customer service specialist to join our team just north of Pittsburgh! In this role, you will work together with the broader team to deliver exceptional service and support to customers in a manner that builds trust, confidence, and long-term relationships…we are not a call center.
Responsibilities include:
- working with internal and external customers to prepare and issue quotes
- processing, scheduling, and expediting orders to meet customer needs
- placing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries with suppliers
- working with other departments to find solutions that meet customer expectations

What you will need to succeed at Swagelok Pittsburgh:
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience required; prefer industrial B2B
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field preferred; will consider related work experience in lieu of college degree
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a close team environment
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to effectively multitask and strong organizational skills
- Superior communication (verbal, written, listening) and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving, business acumen, and analytical skills
- Exemplify professionalism and initiative, with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP a plus
