We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service and Scheduling Representative.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for efficient scheduling, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction
Provide exceptional Customer Service via phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Scheduling and Coordination
Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for our services.
Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
Problem Resolution
Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Work collaboratively with other departments to find solutions.
Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
Document customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using scheduling and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Physical Requirements:
Bending, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing for 4+ hours
