WORK FROM HOME AFTER IN-OFFICE TRAINING!
Provide customer support to company clients and customers. Create and manage technician dispatches. Create parts orders. Utilize professional level communication skills to assist management in creating a high level of customer satisfaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer questions via phone on all company supported software applications.
- Provide support for company products.
- Utilize In-House tools to appropriately dispatch field technicians.
- Answer general program questions from motorists.
- Perform additional tasks for motorists.
- Provide inbound sales support.
- Initiate and respond to emails with clear and professional language.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
- Provide computer orientation to new company staff.
- Other duties and responsibilities as introduced.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Basic reading writing and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to learn and generate knowledge to support new applications and products.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
In-home internet with at least 1 ethernet port required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a work from home position with initial in-office training and periodic work in the office. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Almost all performed work duties can be completed with a provided phone and Computer. Saturday shift is covered on a rotating basis.
