Training Site: East-side of Green Bay, right across the street from East Town Mall, 2430 Finger Road, Green Bay, WI 54302.

College or High School Students encouraged to apply. We will work around school schedules.

• Take inbound calls and messages for our clients and route them appropriately.

• Obtain and enter accurate information into message database.

• Set accurate individual goals to meet key performance standards to ensure continual growth.

• Type 35 WPM with accuracy.

• Correct grammar and pronunciation is critical.

• Ability to sit long periods of time.

• Must be able to show empathy.

• Stress tolerance and resilience needed.

• Ability to keyboard 35 wpm. Excellent typing and talking skills.

Training Process:

5 to 7 Week Classroom Training - Full or part-time hours during training. Training is located at, 2430 Finger Road, Green Bay, WI.

Flexible Hours

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time Shifts available:

6am - 2:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and every other weekend,

9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday and every other weekend.

3:30pm - 8pm Monday - Friday and every other weekend.

4pm - 9pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and every other weekend.

If you are looking to work fewer hours per week, we can adjust to meet your schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15 - $17 per hour/with incentives. Get additional $2 per hour on weekends.
