Job Description
Customer Service Representative needed for a full-time position, witht the option to go REMOTE after probationary period. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing superior customer support to an active inbound queue. This role requires excellent attention to detail, listening, and communication to both the customer and members of the office team.
Starting pay is $15.75 hourly. Increases to $16.25 when converted permanent. Schedule is Monday – Friday, from 11:00am – 8:00pm. Training will be 7am – 4pm the 1st week and 8am – 5pm for the remaining training period.
Job Duties:
Creates a troubleshooting ticket, if FCR wasn’t accomplished.
Updates customer notes within company database.
Responds to internal instant messages and emails.
Utilizes enrollment tools to assist potential users with new accounts.
Interprets documents such as the EDI/ERA Enrollment Forms, HCFA/UB/ADA claim forms, 837 files, ERA 835 files, as well as Office Ally guidelines and procedure manuals.
Utilizes ERA Management Tool to determine ERA locations.
Utilizes Easy Print to interpret ERA data.
Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Respectfully takes direction from Senior Management.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
Ability to type 40 WPM accurately
Good verbal and written communication skills.
