Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative must be customer-oriented, and must provide extraordinary service to all ProHEALTH patients and contacts. He/she must provide accurate information regarding services available throughout ProHEALTH Lab. He/she must have superior problem-solving skills with ability to accurately multi-task, and strong ability to prioritize. He/she is required to continuously maintain high customer satisfaction, and exemplify Care Coordination Center's mission statement.

Performance Standards:

  • Accurately and efficiently manages large volume of incoming calls
  • Quickly identifies customer's needs, and achieves customer satisfaction
  • Builds relationships of trust and respect with all ProHEALTH contacts
  • Provides accurate, valid, and complete information to all callers
  • Handles complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner
  • Properly documents caller interactions, and ensures timely and proper follow-up
  • Provides extraordinary customer experience at all times

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications
  • Knowledge of EMR

Job Factors:
  • Entry level position with 90 day probation period.
  • This position is not responsible for supervision of staff.
  • This position reports directly to Lead Customer Service Representative
