Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Effectively guide customers to resolution on incoming phone calls
- Researching and resolving customer disputes
- Maintain a high level of quality and customer service in all communications
Preferred Skills
- Ability to listen, understand and be willing to help people with concerns
- Have a willingness to use resources & critical thinking
- You can explain a complex idea using clear, professional language
- Highly computer literate
- Majority of calls taken in English - other languages can be very helpful
- Proficient with Microsoft Office a plus
Education
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
