Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performs all site opening and closing procedures, including daily maintenance, and examining/activating equipment. May also prepare the site for business during inclement weather (e.g. shovel snow).
- Helps customers at pay stations which could include selecting the appropriate car wash services, selling unlimited wash passes, or troubleshooting pay and wash pass issues.
- Assists and directs customers to the correct location while loading.
- Orchestrates the customer experience and ensures the smooth delivery of car wash services in alignment with documented service levels and BTCW values.
- Performs general site maintenance to uphold a tidy appearance such as cleaning, grounds/landscape care, and waste management.
- Upholds the BTCW brand appearance standards including personal hygiene and cleanliness of uniform.
- Manages customer relationships using the L.A.S.T. model (Listen, Ask, Solve, Thank.)
- Troubleshoots issues throughout customer experience, such as breakdowns or damaged vehicles.
- Upholds company values at all times.
- Upholds all company policies.
- Participates in all assigned training and applies training consistently and correctly.
- Memorizes, understands, and applies the BTCW Quality Policy.
- Other duties as assigned
