Our RAC Team is looking to hire a Customer Account Representative for our locally owned and operated franchise store in Lubbock located at 2713 50th St. | Lubbock, TX 79413
Provide excellent leadership while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills in the performance of all duties and daily operations needed to operate a successful RENT-TO-OWN store. Help and assist in all aspects of store including, but not limited to execution of programs, processes and procedures, customer growth, delinquency management, budgeting, product ordering, and P&L management.

SCHEDULE
- 40-hour work week with 1 day off during the week and Sundays.
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY
- Bonuses, if certain goals are met.
EXPERIENCE
- Retail or Rent-To-Own experience is a plus but not required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 200 pounds.
- Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of programs and operational standards.
- Responsible for the delivery, collection, relocation, and service calls of the rented merchandise.
- Collects monies on delivery of merchandise and provides security of or on the field.
- Maintains customer units through minor repairs when necessary or if major repair is needed.
- Handle customer concerns.
- Maintain the store in first class condition and keep co-workers informed of promotions and products.
- Monitor and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Able to work the listed hours.
- Self-driven and good work ethic.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service and computer skills.
- Must be a team player, be reliable, have a positive attitude, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, can pay attention to detail, be able to stand during most of the working day and maintain a clean work area.
- Must complete drug test & background check.
