The Authorable Workflow team develops guided support experiences for users and support the agents products. The team understands the troubleshooting workflow and develops a self-guided path, using proprietary tools, which enables users and agents to solve issues.
As a Workflow Implementation Analyst youd review the design requirements and build the workflow using proprietary tools. Youd also prepare mock scenarios, test the workflow, and troubleshoot/resolve any issues that may arise. As such, the role gives you exposure and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders designers, product support managers, program managers, engineers, API owners, etc.
Simultaneously manage multiple workflow implementation projects while keeping business stakeholders and leadership informed of statuses, risks, and challenges
