Job Description
Provide technical thought leadership, execute day-to-day solution support, and handle technical implementations for Hersheys consumer and customer data ecosystems. The Hershey Companys Information Services (IS) department, partnering with our digital business teams serve as a catalyst for driving consumer engagement through experiences defined by websites, analytics, and assets.
Coordinate data management and collection efforts across brand community, end-to-end content, CRM, and other digital marketing teams.
Audit and ensure technical execution for consumer data collection efforts.
Ensure familiarity with CCPA, GDPR, and other regulations that impact consumers in order to support the technical implementation of solutions.
Catalog, audit, and maintain lists of data vendors and downstream data sources.
Manage and optimize data transfers between data management platforms and source systems.
Manage and support databases of consumer data for compliance and marketing activation.
3+ years of hands on experience managing customer or consumer data.
Experience with using data for personalized marketing activation.
Ability to translate requests from non-technical stakeholders into operational steps and successful outcomes.
Ability to create and modify technical documentation for processes.
High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision.
Familiarity with API development and management skills.
Demonstrated competency in a variety of Data Transport and ETL processes and methodologies. Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) is preferred.
