We’re looking for an amazing Creative Traffic Specialist to fill this role, which is based in our Santa Clarita office. You’ll be responsible for receiving all new marketing job requests/creative briefs, analyzing project needs, assigning duties, and monitoring progress on the project to keep work on schedule through regular communication and through leveraging and maintaining the Asana project management tool. This person will also oversee project scoping, scheduling, all the way through execution, managing team resources. The ideal candidate will also help codify, define, and implement processes for optimization and excellence within our creative team.

Responsibilities

  • Intake creative briefs, identify personnel (designer, copywriter, etc.) required to complete projects, build job and timeline in Asana
  • Provide operational support to ensure team members are on track with delivery dates by scheduling meetings, hosting internal check-ins, drafting, and posting meeting notes, developing lists of action items, and communicating assignments, deadlines and needs.
  • Provide project-level input that furthers the efficiency and quality of the work and advocate for the Creative Services/Stakeholder relationship
  • Continuously monitor the status of projects and the performance of the team assigned to a project. Create project timeline reporting
  • Train team members on Asana and maintain project management software, establishing relationships with Asana reps and staying up to date on platform upgrades so we are optimizing the use of the tool, including the forms functionality (for universal creative briefs), portfolios, possibly adapting the proofing tool, and greater insight on reporting
  • Plan and prepare the schedule, logistics, communication, budget, travel and any other duties as necessitated by the production goals of a photoshoot
  • Track direct mail, photo and video shoots against forecast and manage budget for ongoing subscriptions (ie. Harvest, Asana, WorkFront, etc.)

Requirements

  • 5+ years working in a high volume, fast-paced office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications.
  • Communication skills – the ability to relay information to clients and project workers is essential
  • Problem-solving skills –find solutions for problems that may arise with the project
  • Time management – in addition to people management skills, must have the ability to manage their own time and multitask efficiently and effectively
  • Experience with project management & tracking/proofing tools –Asana, Harvest and Workfront experience a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

  • Base Salary Range: $67,800.00 to $91,500.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely
