Job Description:
The ideal candidate would have:
- Proven record of professional excellence and achievement with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a practicing attorney in good standing at a law firm or as an in-house transactional attorney;
- Experience in Technology Transactions, commercial contracts, and/or outsourcing;
- Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts, service agreements and/or Technology Transactions (e.g., cloud agreements, master services agreements, software licenses, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, technology development, alliance agreements);
- Experience in AI, blockchain, crypto, NFTs, IoT, and big data;
- Demonstrated record of excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Information technology or engineering background is preferred;
- Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment; and
- Desire to be part of a high performing team
Expected pay range for NY/LA: $400-$500k. Salary is dependent on years of experience, technical background and billing rate.
