Job Summary

A Corporate Recruiter and Marketing Assistant will assist the firm in all areas of recruiting helping the firm attract and bring on talented forward thinking team members. In addition to recruiting this position may assist in firm building aspects within HR and Marketing including, but not limited to, social media, event and conference planning, onboarding, and training

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing our ATS and maintaining all relevant talent pipelines and sponsored posts
  • Pre-screen candidates – coordinate with supervisor and leadership team to understand qualifications of role and select qualified candidate to move forward in the process
  • Conduct initial phone interviews for Full Time, Contractor, and Intern Candidates
  • Discuss with Supervisor, Leadership, and Recruiting team which candidates to advance through recruiting process
  • Manage and coordinate communication with candidates.
  • Manage scheduling of interviews between candidates and the broader recruiting team
  • Maintain and document all post interview feedback from recruiting team
  • Perform reference calls for selected candidates
  • Maintain regular communication with recruiting team during the recruitment process and lead recruiting meetings
  • Help identify and train new interviewers
  • Maintain well tracked and organized documentation on all recruiting candidate searches, interviews, email communication and other recruiting activities.
  • Support the firm with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
     
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
  • Help create materials and plan for marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent recruiting experience
  •  0-5 years of recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of ATS (Specific knowledge on JazzHR is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High self-motivation with ability to learn quickly
  • Positive attitude, energetic and outgoing
  • Background in Finance or Economics is preferred but not required
