The ideal candidate must have a solid knowledge of recreation/activity responsibilities in long term care, assisted living and memory care; an understanding of the domains of wellness related to programming, engagement, and quality of life; with a strong awareness and appreciation of the value of excellent Customer Service skills and of the training and communication opportunities to enhance NHC’s mission, vision, and values.
