Form of workAs a Digital Markets & E-Trading Control Manager Vice President, you'll be responsible for leading and building out an enhanced control framework which supports the innovation in digital distribution and automation within the Sales and Trading business. Additionally, you will ensure the team responds to changes in the regulatory environment, assists in top down risk analysis and real time control issue detection, and drives the strategic vision to ensure the Controls keep pace with the Business innovation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Create a proactive risk and control culture for the Digital Markets and E-Trading business across Markets
- Think strategically and drive developments in control environment to keep pace with the Business innovation
- Develop, manage and maintain relationships across LOBs, regions, functions and stakeholders to influence and drive consistent controls deliverables
- Manage Audit, CCOR and Regulatory review and challenge of the control environment for Digital Markets and E-Trading businesses across Markets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of financial service experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance preferred
- Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts with the ability to design, create, and evaluate a Risk & Control Self-Assessment in conjunction with business partners
- Proficient knowledge of financial market structure, trading technologies and digital distribution of financial products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
