We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Events and Tradeshow Manager to join our dynamic team. The role reports to the VP Regional Marketing and Corporate Events.  In this role, you will be responsible for the global execution of Corporate Events, tradeshows, and conferences, ensuring that they align with Accruent's brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive global events strategy that supports Accruent's marketing and sales objectives, including event selection, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
  2. Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of Corporate Events, tradeshows, and conferences, including venue selection, contract negotiation, logistics, staffing, and on-site management.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product, and executive teams, to ensure event messaging, content, and objectives align with company goals.
  4. Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and sponsors to ensure seamless event execution and maximize value for Accruent.
  5. Develop and maintain a detailed events calendar, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the organization.
  6. Track event performance and ROI, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement to key stakeholders.
  7. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve Accruent's event strategy and execution.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in corporate event management, with a focus on tradeshows and conferences.
  3. Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large events on a global scale.
  4. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed (estimated 40%) to support event planning and execution.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.

Please Note:

  • This job does require travel domestically or internationally, 
  • This is a full-time, exempt opportunity. 
  • Relocation will not be considered for this position.

The salary range for this position is $77,600-$144,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
