**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Club Coordinator to oversee the success of The Picklr Kaysville, our flagship location. As the Corporate Club Coordinator, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue and operational efficiency at our headquarters club. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of pickleball within our fast-expanding company.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Provide direct oversight and support to The Picklr Kaysville, ensuring its smooth operation and success.
2. Analyze financial data, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
3. Collaborate closely with the franchisees and corporate teams to develop and execute strategies to maximize club performance.
4. Ensure strict adherence to Picklr standards and operations manual, including policies, programming, and customer service protocols.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of tailored marketing initiatives to promote The Picklr Kaysville and drive membership growth.
6. Facilitate staff training sessions to ensure all team members are well-equipped to fulfill their roles effectively and adapt to changes as required by corporate.
7. Provide support during Discovery Day events by presenting The Picklr HQ walkthrough, showcasing the club's features, and outlining the Corporate Club Coordinator's duties and responsibilities to potential franchisees.
8. Assist in franchisee and Corporate Club Coordinator training, including comprehensive presentations on the roles, duties, and operational procedures, along with strategies for effective implementation and execution of corporate communications.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proficient in analyzing profit and loss statements and financial data.
2. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong leadership abilities to effectively engage with franchisees, club staff, and corporate teams.
5. Thorough understanding of organizational policies and procedures, with the capability to implement them effectively.
6. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
7. Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary:** Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
*This position will primarily involve on-site work at The Picklr Kaysville with occasional remote tasks.*
Roles and Objectives:
**Role #1 - Financial Oversight:**
- Conduct thorough analysis of profit and loss reports to assess club performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with franchisees and corporate teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and minimize expenses.
**Role #2 - Operational Compliance:**
- Ensure strict adherence to Picklr standards and operations manual at The Picklr Kaysville.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency at the headquarters club.
**Role #3 - Marketing Support:**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives tailored to promote The Picklr Kaysville and attract new members.
- Work closely with franchisees and corporate teams to implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing club visibility and revenue.
**Role #4 - Discovery Day Support:**
- Present The Picklr HQ walkthrough and tour during Discovery Day events to potential franchisees.
- Outline the duties and responsibilities of Corporate Club Coordinators to potential franchisees during Discovery Day presentations.
**Role #5 - Franchisee Training:**
- Assist in training franchisees and Corporate Club Coordinators.
- Conduct in-depth presentations and training sessions on the roles, duties, and operational procedures of Corporate Club Coordinators, including strategies for effective communication and execution of corporate directives.
