As a Cook in the MainKitchen at Hard Rock Stadium, you will be pivotal in preparing and cooking a diverse range of delectable menu items according to Sodexo Live standards. Your culinary expertise will extend across hot food preparation, cold food preparation, and action station cooking. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a culinary school program
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Principal Functions:
- Prepare and cook all menu items according to Sodexo Live standards. Cooking areas include hot food prep, cold food prep, and action station cooking.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle, prepare, and cook food in accordance with health code regulations.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Use hands to handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, and taste or smell.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Frequently exposed to soapy water and/or cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
- Must be able to operate in an environment with moderate to high noise levels.
- Always required to wear slip-resistant shoes.
- Hours may be extended or irregular, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
