Project Overview:
- The Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) Coordinator supports the program's daily operations.
- The CWP Coordinator supports business units needs from pre-requisition, candidate selection, on-boarding, contract changes, and off-boarding of contingent workers.
- Candidate will perform duties in the realm of (including but not limited to) procurement, HR and workforce analytical functions.
- The successful candidate assists CWP Manager and program needs by taming challenges and enjoying both the strategic and operational sides of sourcing, vendor management, on-off boarding, and, being comfortable diving into the weeds to help deliver speed, value and efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CW team in offering a seamless, data driven and pro-active CWP service to the business relating to contingent workers.
- Assist business units with the using client's propriety VMS.
- Schedule interviews for Responsible Managers, and act as CWP rep for vendor intakes
- Manage the Contingent Workforce mailboxes
- Create purchase requisitions for contract purpose with CWP terms, rates, and conditions
- Respond to inquiries about Contingent Worker policy/practices, as guided by the Program Manager
- Understand and enforce FLSA regulations for non-exempt tax status
- Assist with invoicing and timesheet issues
- Schedule and manage routine off-boarding (early assignment ends); and non-routine off-boarding (organizing location, vendor and processing the system access terminations ) retrieval of corporate assets.
- Perform CW conversions to ensure system access is retained; communicate with vendors regarding conversion dates in compliance with policy.
- Provide quarterly and annual reports, and dashboards, as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong and tested project coordinator skills including: organization skills, communication skills, daily standups, creation and presentation of data (updates, status, etc.,), vendor management.
- Organized, good communicator, deadline driven, planner, and problem solver.
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment with project team members, co-workers, management, and vendors by behaving, collaborating, and communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards.
- Superior interpersonal skills to ensure open communication across project teams.
- Ability to handle broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Operate with consistently good judgment and have a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
