Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for ensuring all assignments completed by Analyst, Sr Analyst, Associate Consultant or Consultant are in accordance to policies, procedures and controls and meet service level standards in place.

1. Seeks to find flaws as early as possible to prevent errors or minimize impact to both client and organization.
2. Articulates inaccuracies to staff and management to prevent and mitigate risk.
3. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
4. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management.
5. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees.
6. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of the downstream operational groups.
7. Delivers a work product that requires less revision.
8. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.

Key Skills/Qualification:

• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
• Detailed oriented with ability to multi task as activities may have significant financial, client or business impact.
• Solid communication/ interpersonal skills required.
• Technically versed in multiple functions/tasks and understands the downstream processing and impacts
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
