As a Construction Scheduler, you will be working at one of the largest construction projects in North Phoenix, a 3.8 million-square-foot manufacturing complex for the world’s largest manufacturer of semiconductors.

What you’ll be doing:
You will be working with internal and external construction teams to manage weekly updates, including 3-week and 6-week look ahead schedules, developing indicators for internal and external stakeholders, advising and monitoring critical pathways using advanced project management software such as Primavera P6, gathering necessary project data to represent the progress of the project deliverables, and alerting the project management team in the event of any major deviations from the project schedule.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- 5+ years of construction scheduling experience, preferably in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Able to develop and maintain a properly phased and logic tied P6 construction schedule
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis
- High level of organization
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Comfortable in construction environments
- Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
- Capable of adapting quickly to changes in project scope
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable experience on the job
- Microsoft Certified Professional is a plus
