Job Description
TLW Construction is currently looking to hire a motivated and professional Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead clients and project teams throughout the development and delivery of commercial projects. Responsibilities include establishing budgets, subcontractor scope writing and buyout, oversight of document control processes, creating schedules and working with superintendents for safe, quality and timely execution of the same and managing all estimating, administrative, purchasing, and field construction activities related to the projects. Precise communication, sound judgment, leadership, evident construction knowledge, client relations and negotiations, conflict resolution, tact, analysis, and adaptability are all skills necessary to be successful in this position. Minimum qualifications:
* Proficient in all MS Office programs
* Proficient in scheduling software such as MS Project or similar
* Outstanding writing and communication skills
* Must be able to comprehend and break down complex project cost models and issues
* Proficient with web-based project management programs - Procore experience a plus
* Must be self-driven, well organized, solid negotiator, hardworking and professional
* Minimum of 7 years project management experience
Salary range $100000-$140000, includes employee health, dental, life, 401(k) with employer match
