What we are looking for:
- 2+ years experience as an Estimator in Construction industry.
- Experience writing project proposals, cost analysis and estimating.
- Understanding of RFP's, blueprints, specification, and related docs to identify labor, material and time requirements.
- Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, and construction methods preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, engineers, subs, etc.
- Accurate and thorough documentation.
- Excellent organization and time management capabilities.
