Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 per year
We're a 50+-year-old, Bay Area construction company that is continually growing. We have a team of 3 contract administrators and looking to bring in a lead or manager to lead our team.
We're a family-oriented culture and are looking for a culture fit just as much as a skill fit.
We are in need of someone that has direct experience leading a contracts team within a construction company.
Must have experience with AIA Billing
Also OSIP frameworks
A high volume process is also imperative as we process ~2,000 contracts a year.
This will be mostly an onsite role and will eventually offer some remote work.
