Construction Assistant/ Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Self perform and manage a multitude of tasks.
• Assist trade professionals on daily tasks.
• General ability/knowledge of the construction trade.
• Complete independent tasks with general explanation.
• Keeping a positive attitude during difficult tasks.
• Ability to learn new skills in a reasonable amount of time.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Team oriented to complete tasks in a timely matter
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Experience:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
