Concrete Paving Superintendent Will Have The Opportunity To:

Oversee heavy highway projects.

Interpret and implement construction plans.

Manage paving crew to ensure that K2 Construction's high-quality standards are consistently met.

Read, understand, and enforce safety policies and practices.

Communicate and schedule their work with other employees of the company.

Communicate with managers, sub-contractors, and Project Managers.

Complete projects in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.

Requirements:

5 years of experience as a Concrete Paving Superintendent.

Concrete slip experience.

Gomaco paving equipment experience.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work outside in heat, cold and inclement weather.

Pay Rate: $80,000-$120,000, based on experience
