Job description

- Drive execution and operationalization of Compliance Risk Assessments and testing - Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences including supporting material for executives - Produce management-level reporting that captures dense information to report on results and drive solutions - Undertake special projects and support other compliance program initiatives, as needed

Request

7+ years of financial services compliance, risk, or audit experience with the ability to design and execute compliance risk assessments and testing
Strong knowledge of key financial services regulations including those overseen by the Fed, CFPB, FinCEN, OFAC, and State Banking Departments
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand business and technology-related processes and identify risks
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to condense information to an executive-level presentation
Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives
Creativity to go beyond the obvious to find and deliver the best solution to the problem
