Description of Responsibilities: Great customer service skills. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the day-to-day operation of a Goodwill Community Resource Center including greeting clients, intake and data entry. Assist in recruitment; provide intake services to assess wrap-around service needs; maintain a list of referral agencies to address consumer and family needs; maintain accurate documentation and required record keeping in for assigned consumers consistent with agency, contractual arrangements and CARF Standards. Delivers digital training services and proctors assessments and certifications, as applicable. Must pass background test & drug test.

Required skills: Knowledge of training and community based employment programs. Able to type 35-50 WPM; Outlook, Word and Excel and internet experience; active listening and conflict resolution techniques; maintain effective working relationships with consumers, their families, and other community based agencies. Accurate consumer and case management notations. Ability to speak correct English utilizing effective communication skills.
